Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order, but if you change your mind or something isn't quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

• You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for return

• Return postage is your responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect

• Please contact us at hello@sapphireandteal.co.uk before returning any items so we can guide you through the process

• Refunds will be processed once we receive the item back, typically within 7 working days
