We currently ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. All orders are sent with tracked delivery for peace of mind.

Dispatch Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
Europe (EU): 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 6–12 working days
Asia (e.g. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore): 7–14 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days
Rest of World: 10–20 working days

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs or import fees. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. We always include the necessary customs paperwork to help avoid delays.
